Yeah i figured it would be shallow so i will likely go further out to deeper water , however my family coming with me has a smaller aluminum boat that will be perfect for those spots.

Thanks for the advice , it seems like these August conditions are going to result in some tough fishing and a hot boat ride . With the neap tide I’m heavily considering just saving my gas money and waiting for the fall pattern to begin.

I have been fishing out of the Cypermort point area lately. Ive accumulated a list of fishing spots from locals and charter captains , however fishing spots and not conditions has lead to inconsistent results.
