Thanks for the report, I’m going tomorrow and will do a report. I’ve never really fished tide lines, do you throw into the middle of them or off to one side? Are they better with rising or falling tides, or about the same?

Thanks for the report, I’m going Saturday. I had some luck a couple weeks ago in Round Lake with the Reds and I think the trout should be up there by now. The tide sucks because it’ll be rising until about 9:30, which means we’ll hit a slack tide right in the middle of the morning.

I’ve never gone west of the canal to hit Lake Robin and that area, I might try that on the way back when the tide starts falling

    I’ll do a report

Great report, thanks for the info.

Yeah, you pounded it out pretty good today. What I heard was that a lot of people stayed on the inside Sunday, I don’t know if that was because of the wind or because with a rising tide it’s better to fish on the inside there.

Nice! You had a good day out there. That south shore can be productive.

When we don’t wanna go far out, we fish the area between Sweetwater Marina and Pettit Lake. On days when we are going out first thing in the morning we’ve been going down to like Lake John and four horse lake, but lake Pettit has got a lot of good fishing, as long as there’s water moving

We’ve had some luck in Lake Lery as there’s a couple canals on the southside that get water moving through them, but my problem is with Lery is that you’re pretty much committed to that for the full day because if that’s not working, you gotta go back out to the no wake canal and travel way back down. Yes Lake Leary is full of moss, especially towards the west side, but a lot of people do really well there. I want to start committing to using the gold spoon in the mossy areas, I think that’s how guys have success in those areas.

I really like fishing out of sweet water marina, there’s just so much good fishing, fairly close to the dock

Great, thanks. I used to fish this area once in a while when I lived in Jesuit Bend. I might take my boat out of Sweetwater for August and hit that east bank from going over one of the ferries, or maybe launching out of Delta Marine.

Where are those Twin Pipelines, I know I’ve seen them but can’t remember
