My outdoor books consist of John Folse books. Hard to find LA fishing and hunting book.

Awesome Devin. I want to bring my wife Saturday and try to get her hooked on fishing. I was actually thinking Delacroix or here, maybe we’ll have some luck with the extra ideas.

    Thank you for your help!

Good looking boat from Tracker! They’re coming up in design and looks like quality too with the .125 gauge hull.

Nice boat! I had the same problem with fuel on a 24Express and I just carried a six gallon can, actually I carried two but one extra would give you that comfort factor on the smaller engine. Lot cheaper than trying to upgrade the tank.

Enjoy the time with the family!

I had bought a boat that had a Garmin that was totally cluttered with the previous owners tracks to the same places for months. I saved all of the tracks to a micro sd card and then deleted everything and converted from the garmin gpx file to a KML file the saved tracks so I could load them into GED. What you can do is take all of the tracks and delete them one at a time until you have a manageable track for each point you want to save and give each one a different name. Once loaded into ged you can modify as you wish. Sounds complicated but it’s really easy. You can always go to the sd card and reload them if you make a mistake and want to see them again on the gps. Hope this helps. If you need more information let me know.

Be careful. I was in this area this past weekend and the water is super low! In bayou Loutre it was averaging 2.5′ low of 1.5′ and deep of 4′, in the stump lagoon area it was in the 1.5′ range. I stayed on step to say the least. Good luck.

Academy has them and Bass Pro. A lot of the marinas have them too. They’re common.

If you can’t get your bait well fixed get a cool bubbles bait bucket. I have a large and medium size and they work excellent.

    Hey WB Josh,

I want to try my luck at sacalait and I’d welcome any information to get me jump started at these lakes. I think it would be a lot of fun.

Great trip, thanks for the report. Keep on releasing and the population will rebound. Glad you had a great trip the first time out using GED. This has been the bet community I’ve ever been a part and the advice you get you can take to the bank, most of the time.

Yep. When I looked at the temps I had to look at front and back graphs and yep they were the same. I couldn’t believe the temperatures and what three weeks ago around 34. Crazy warm up, 40 degrees!
