    Hey Landon, I’m also in SWLA and fish Big Lake frequently. I wasn’t able to make it out on the weekend of the 25th due to work but hope to make a trip this coming Sunday. Recently it’s been a difficult bite for me too on the north end of big lake.

    Thanks, I agree I wish more folks on this end of the state posted reports. From what I’ve seen in fishing reports, word of mouth etc. the guides have said the trout bite is slowing down. They’re mostly focusing on reds or black drum. This is from Hackberry Rod & Gun and several other guide services I keep an eye out on. Their posted reports.
