    Bummer man! Yeah, I went on a trip to Grand Isle last year March 14th – 17th with some buddies. It was more of a vacation with some fishing sprinkled in the mix. It was my first time going to the island and fishing that area, so I did my homework and came up with a plan before going out. I fished most of the spots you mentioned in your post, but didn’t do so well either. I guess in March they are more inside then in the bigger bays. I’m going back again this year April 24th to the 27th. I’ll do my best to post reports after each trip we go out. Great report, thank you!

    Seems like Lake Robin turned on more around mid to late morning-ish. That was the only place I could find fish Saturday. I think I made it to Lake Robin around 10:00 – 10:30 ish, it was throw back city but was able to grind out 11 keeps. Great report, Thank you!

    Just to reiterate what @jamasonb is talking about. One of our members @neilnmel had a run in with those pipes. Thank you for bringing this up.

    No worries about staying to chat, I have kids, I’ve brought them out fishing before, so I get it. I am not offended, lol.

    Saturday was tough, but turned out alright. I can’t complain.
