The Ai feature is pretty cool. I asked it to find some bodies of water and rigs and it did pretty well. I only tested the things I already had in my desktop to confirm. I thought that was pretty cool. I know most of these coordinates are accessible through other avenues, but it is cool that it can find that information for you.

Maybe a dumb question, but can you use a jump pack on them should they drain and the boat cannot start?

This has been a great discussion. I am going to keep one rod with mono on the boat this fall to try to get the feel for it.

If you can get outside, it has been better for us in the past few weeks. Oyster reefs, rigs, etc.

I think for this trip I’m going to just put my gear in a camel backpack. Water bladder will come in useful. I’ll keep the boat relatively close in case I need to change out rods.
I’m going to research the wade belts. I saw one at puglias that looked nice but I’m just too fresh at this to have an opinion on what I’m looking for

I’m rounding the corner on deciding which ones to get. What voltage is your trolling motor Boyce? I’ve got a 112lb thrust 36 v on my bay boat. I’m curious if I should get a higher AH battery because of this.

We flushed the lines from the tank to the fuel pump, and cleaned the filters a bit. After we just kind of learned what was making it angry. It ran ok when at 4000 RPMS. 4500 or above, it would start to starve for fuel. The fuel bulb seemed to struggle to pump when priming it (when the system was completely together) so that leads me to believe it something inside of the tank. Its either a vacuum issue with the tank or debris in the tank. Or something completely different that I am not thinking of.
It ran a lot better on the way in. Still struggled a bit but I was able to shut it down and start it back up, get it around 4000 rpms, and continue.

I’ve been fighting this fuel delivery issue for about a year now. This is the third incident. This time, It’s going to a mechanic. Its above my pay grade.

I second this on not taking them out of the bag. Back in my bass days i would take all of my plastics out and put them in boxes. They always seemed to change a bit. I now keep all of my plastics in their original bags or sometimes in a ziploc after the bag has lost its seal.
