Here’s a little tip if one finds them selves with a battery too weak to start the engine. If you have a v6 you may remove as many as 4 sparkplugs (on opposite sides) and this will make it easier to start the engine with weak battery and run it long enough for it to charge itself so you can reinstall the other plugs then start as normal.

What a fish bro !! Ive heard so many stories of cobia ignoring everything thrown at them. I am dying to catch some cobia as well but i have rather strong feeling about going offshore in a single engine boat (I’m a wussy). Im glad your trip turned around in such a dramatic way.

I have been at the jump the last 2 weekends and the fog last week was super heavy. I could not see more than 30 feet on that waterway. It did lift i think about 8 am. Be careful out there and good luck.
