Have you registered for the CCA Star Tournament? It’s 35$. I just registered today. Word through the grapevine someone caught Truck redfish but was not registered… hes still out there somewhere… I plan on hitting Grand Isle up in the morning and when the wind picks up go to plan redfish. I’ve been there done that! I told myself I’m never making a trip that far without a good game plan again, and I get caught up with other stuff and wind up going anyway. Definitely need spots pick out in Venice!

+1 You Tube is your friend! I do agree if someone has the right tool that would be the route. I usually research You Tube first and figure out if I can do it which I’m sure I can clean a carb. The only problem I had was on a carb that sat up for a while. It took a little longer to clean. I think someone said soak overnight or longer in Sea Foam. Also if its bad a little heat helps (heated parts washer). My problem is patience. If shop can’t give it back by Friday I’ll do it! lol We fishing Saturday!!

Thanks Shooter! I thought about going behind the there but was afraid it would get shallow. I also wish we could have spent the night before there to get out earlier…
