I used to fish the area a lot years ago. Good spots, but the canal where the weirs are is posted private at bayou Chauvin. The drift area is also posted. Lake Boudreaux and the surrounding area can be a great place to fish. I will be fishing the area more often this coming year. Hope to have some good reports for you guys.
