When are you planning on going? Stump Lagoon is a great place to start. It’s got deep water, hard bottom, shallow water, all sorts of good stuff. Knowing the weather conditions the day of your trip will help everyone be able to chime in better with some advice.

Great report, thank you for posting it! I have two daughters myself, both too young to fish now, but I cannot wait to get them out on my boat and take them fishing. That’s awesome you were able to put her on some fish!

Great report! LAFB Elite will definitely improve your fishing. It has done wonders for me! I can honestly say without it, I probably wouldn’t even have a boat right now bc why have a boat if you can’t catch fish?

I’m glad you figured it out. Normally, you have to map out your route with the dialogue box still open if I remember correctly. Then once its mapped you can close it out and it should save.

Again, Will, thank you for sharing this. My buddy always mentions bank fishing, but quite honestly I never really want to go do it since I enjoy fishing out of my boat so much. This absolutely changes my mind. You’re telling me I can go catch trophy trout and NOT have to clean my boat after? I’m all in on that!
I’m checking out some of the LA Sportsman Articles now and definitely plan to make a trip down there this winter.

I agree with this. I will always continue to post my reports whether I think anyone reads them or not, but I can easily see how people may not be as inclined to post reports if they don’t think anyone is reading it.

Thanks for the advice! I know where BOH Brothers is but I’ve never actually fished it. I’ll give it a try this winter!
