I have 2 Simrad NSS4s and like them. They have the new Neon operating system which is lightning fast. Zero lag when zooming in or out. Simrad and Lowrance are both made by the same company and use the same 3&1 transducer. Side imaging is really good on it as it would be with the HDS. If you want the latest and greatest, I believe Lowrance will have the new operating system at some point in the near future. So you can fork up some coin and get the new model or get the older model at a good discount.
