Have you fished Lake Cataouatche for bass? Whiskey Canal?
Man, that can be good. Isn’t there a lot of grass in there?
I solely focused on bass there once and had a hoot. No 15lb bag or anything like that, but I caught a bunch of ditch pickles on a frog way back in the Tank Ponds. It was beautiful water and grass, some of the best I’ve ever seen.
I’d go to think that a red/bass day back there and in Salvador would absolutely put the Lake Pontchartrain basin to shame.
