Good point. Maybe it’s more in the forefront of my mind considering so many other areas that have produced year after year during this time are very inconsistent. Also, I think what surprises me is the type of anglers I am hearing from. I know guys who would consider that area their stomping grounds and they are on a spree as good as they can remember. There are people whacking them down there who are catching more fish down there than they ever have in their lives and I would not consider them to be the most competent fishermen. That tells me there are A LOT of fish down there right now.
