The coquille to two trees area used to be great with that type of wind but it just hasn’t produced in the last few years. That’s a bummer because I’ve done a lot of damage from Bernard all the way to fortuna through the fall and into June a few years ago. I think the grass disappearing has really hurt that are.
It seems like the entire states population of trout is in Delacroix right now. I’ve tried to reach out to a few people across the fishery and it’s been the most consistent spot by far. I can’t remember hearing so many reports from so many different people of boat loads of trout coming out of there.
Could get some fish pushed up to the MRGO from the long rocks to south side of the dam with that river water pushing that way.
