I am so tired of scratching my head at this riddle.
It’s not an unseen thing to encounter otherwise perfect conditions and then find no fish, but it seems to me more common than before. Of course, that’s just anecdotal.
It’s hard to get a good sight picture on what the fish are doing right now. Are they on the edge of river water or doing something else?
