I have two terrovas. Love them. As far as the ulterra / auto deploy units go, I’ve heard so many conflicting reviews. Bottom line, it’s like my mom always said with cars growing up, “all those fancy features are nice, but it’s just one more thing to break”. For sure there is truth in that. But I will say the ulterra has been about for like what, maybe a decade now. Plenty of time to work out any particularly persistent issues.
Also if you buy any of the new “quest” series minn kota motors, be aware they are larger than the prior models. So if you use a mount on your TM, like a slide or whatever, it won’t be compatible. Hope that helps
