I would take a hard look towards Lake campo, Campo pass, Oak river bay and Ameda pond. Fish any wind blown points that have some current coming across them. Bounce around until you get bit. The water down there is dirty so you will have to probably fish with some live or dead bait. You can catch them in some very dirty water so dont get too discouraged if the water is filthy.
If that area doesnt produce I have also done very well in the spring in the Lake John area and in the ponds coming off the twin pipeline just north of lake john. Same deal, wind blown points.
