    I have not fished Grand isle this spring, but I typically like to fish it a good bit this time of year. The first week in May that past few years has been very good in that area. I have done well fishing in a lot of the bays north of bridge side. Normally get them in 8-10ft of water bouncing a jig on the bottom, with a good incoming tide. Side Note: There was a ton of shrimp boats right around Caminada pass yesterday catching a ton of shrimp. Looks like the shrimp are finally starting to show up down there.
