    One more item of note. Only one fish had eggs. One of the 19″ trout. All the rest were males. One of my guilty pleasures in life is fried trout roe. Back in the day, I would actually hang out by the cleaning tables at then, Breton Sound Marina, and mop up on roe when people were about to toss it. Back then, people weren’t releasing the big girls as much, and I would fill a gallon ziplock with them big giant roe pouches. I wonder how many people out there savor trout roe like I do?
