Monday the 21st could be doable for Cat Island and crossing MS Sound. It will suck but it will be doable.
Tuesday would be much better. That’s most likely going to be your day.
Wednesday morning you could scoot out and do some damage, but you had better be back first thing.
What @McLovin said is absolutely correct. That forecast is liable to change (hopefully for the better) and you will need to keep an eye on it.
Once you have a better idea as to what you want to do, come up with a plan and leverage this forum.
