The only fish kills I’ve seen are what @WestbankJosh shared in another post. My father in law is a well seasoned OG New Orleans angler who was a member of the Tally Ho for years. He told me based off his experience that as long as the Lake doesn’t get below 40 degrees, he thinks the fish will be fine. I don’t think theres any scientific evidence to back that up, just one of those wise tales I guess. I know that Shell Beach buoy is showing some crazy low water temps, but I don’t know if it’s still acting wonky. I’m locked down again today with nothing to do (how exciting), so I’ll keep an eye out for any fish kills.
