    I live right near Delcambre. The boat launch there is 8 miles to the bay and another 6-7 miles to Cypremount Point.

    It’s not a bad boat ride. It takes longer to trailer to Cypremount Point.

    I also can launch out of the west side of the bay really easily at the Intercoast Boat launch.
