i’m stuck in traffic on the way home, here’s what else I learned:
trout are in the river bigger than shit, they are pale, they’ve been there a minute
pac man the rocks starting at 1st spillway
then run south and do the same at the wing dams on the west side
1/4 and 3/8 jig ultraviolet and chartreuse did good
caught a limit of reds mixed in
if you catch rat reds you are close to slot reds and specks
bayoius at 1st spillway were a dud
some trout in baptiste collette but mostly throwbacks
some reds and sheeps at rocks of south pass
afternoon bite at jump is a no go
sea swell outside of southwest pass is too much
sgallow rocks in 5ft of water at SW pass gave up a 22” trout, probably more there
if i had to fish tomorrow i’d hit the jump then go down grand, cross zin zin then pac man the river starting at 1st spillway
