Thanks for the info. I need to research those discharge rates again. I was under the impression it was at a minimum discharge but I may have been just looking at what the norms are for this time of the year. If it is close to max rates, that would explain a lot of what I’m seeing. I will dig into them again using the references listed above. Thanks again, I’ll post a report after my trip.
