Also, FWIW, when I plan trips to places way out there like Central (especially when coming from the longest distance possible), I like to see that wind lay down. Not 5-10 knots. Less than 5 knots. I want to see purple on that Windfinder forecast and have it agree with what NOAA says.
Incidentally, tomorrow is (sort of) a better example. Attached is Windfinder at Grand Pass.
I still think that EBM is a sideshow to what’s going on in Breton and Chandy, especially Breton since there’s more rigs down there.
