If the wind lays down I’d look hard at fishing those rigs just past the Long Rocks. You can just barely make them out. That’s Five Wells and 32 Block.
After that, I’m assuming you’re checking all the appropriate boxes: putting a line in the water for first light, getting good presentations, correct sinking weight, etc.
If the wind is blowing too much to get into the Sound then I’d suggest fishing points and tidelines down closer to where river water is clearing up, like what’s depicted in this guide.
