I wouldn’t bother with the north Lake Borgne seeing that’s where the high Pearl River dumps its river water. I don’t think the solution here is to game the tide thinking that’s going to clear the water up. It’s not. The Pearl is at 6ft+ and dumping crap all over it.
When the rivers are high like this my cheat code is to go west of the river. Port Fourchon, Cocodrie, Elmer’s Island, etc.
I know that’s a haul, but that’s what I do to catch fish.

Given that the wind will blow out of the south and west leading up to Saturday and on Saturday, it could be worth your time to hit the west side of Lake Pontchartrain for redfish and trout that haven’t made it out yet. Fish the rigs and powerlines out there.
